Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our products and processes.

What makes stone-ground flour different from commercial flour?

Stone-ground flour is milled slowly at cool temperatures, preserving the wheat germ and bran. This maintains more nutrients and natural flavor compared to commercial flour, which is often processed at high speeds and temperatures that can strip away nutritional value.

How should I store Kesari flour?

For optimal freshness, store our products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, transfer to an airtight container. For longer storage, refrigeration can extend shelf life, especially in warm or humid climates.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our wheat flour typically has a shelf life of 6-8 months when stored properly. Daliya can last up to 12 months. Each package has a production date and best-before date printed on it. For the freshest experience.
